'My Gadget Store'(MGS) Terms of Service
By using the site, you are agreeing to out Terms of services (TOS). We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these conditions at at any point of time without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these TOS.
Before you make the purchase, please make sure that you understand, agree and accept the bound by the TOS of this Agreement
PRIVACY POLICY
All information provided to us will be kept strictly confidential. Under no conditions will we sell, leave or share any User or Member information.
INVENTORY
We will not guarantee that a product listed as "IN STOCK" will actually dispatch right away, as inventory can be change significantly everyday. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order but sold out by the time your order is processed.
Due to above reason, these products will be processed as pre-order to manufacturers, we will dispatch it to you promptly by the best way once we receive the products from our manufacturer ( We will notify you by e-mail).
If for any reason we determine that the products discontinue from our manufacturer, we will notify you immediately by email.
DELIVERY: SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL SHIPPING
- Delivery will take 7-10 working days upon payment confirm received by Gmarket
- We would not responsible for the lost of items in the process of normal post
- We would advice all customer to opt for registered mail (additional S$2.50)
- Express delivery service available upon request at extra charge. Please contact us.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- We will inspect all products for defect before mailing out. All goods sold are non-refundable but exchangeable if it is under defective or faulty, you can contact us within 3 days upon receipt of your order for an exchange.
- Email to let us to get acknowledgement before you sent back the products for exchange.
-Mail your exchange product + printed email acknowledgement + receipt to the following address return products sent back through registered mail
- Postage cost for return products are to be borne by customer
- If wrong orders were sent by MPS, we will bare all the postage cost.
- If Items have been used, we are sorry that we are unable to refund.
OTHERS TO NOTE
- Buyer should accept slight color difference due to different monitors' resolution
- Measurement given by the suppliers are only for guidelines, actual product may have a slight ±2cm difference
- If you placing multiple orders and sending to one address by Singpost Registered Mail, you just need to select 'registered mail' once and we will combine all your orders
