Returns and Exchange Policy
1. All return/exchange requests must be received within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please log in to your buyer account under "MyQoo10” > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt > Select "Return” or "Exchange under "Apply & Remark”. An additional charge of $80 return delivery which includes un-installation fee of $50 will be incurred on buyer's end.

2. We accept refund/exchange due to change of mind but the item must remain in its original condition and the buyer has to bear the return shipping cost. Items that have been used are not eligible for exchange. For incorrect/defectve items, customer has to provide video evidence and we will bear the shipping cost. Replacement item will only be sent out after we receive the returned item.

3. For buyers who made an wrong order, they will bear 2-ways shipping cost for a 1-1 exchange.

3. For shortage of items, please provide a photo of the package with the delivery information and item content through Qoo10 inquiry system for us to assess the claim.
