Norpro KRONA Stainless Steel 8 Quart Multi Roaster has a 5mm thick tri-ply encapsulated base while lid has a 3mm thick tri-ply encapsulated base. Lid can be used on burner as a saute pan or skillet. The base holds 12 - 18 lbs of meat and the lid can hold up to 4 quarts/3.8 l. Off set handles provide more room in oven. Includes heavy duty rack which can be placed on the base of either the roaster or lid.
