• Customise your tag by selecting your preferred design
• Key in name of pet and details in the Text box - Pet's Name; Contact (Home/Mobile no. and/or Address road name); Microchip Last 4 digit.
• Add to cart and make payment
• We will send you a finalised ID tag layout with your selection for confirmation via email (Please provide email address at *Note to seller)
• Orders without confirmation will not be processed

• The production time for an ID tag takes 5 to 7 working days (*not inclusive of shipping time) after receiving payment and confirmation
• Select your ID tag design and key in details that you like to include on the front and back of the ID tag. Add to cart and make payment.
• Upon receiving your payment and/or pet's photo, we will send a sample layout of ID tag and details to the email provided. *Kindly double check if the details are correct. Once confirmed, we will proceed to craft your order and no changes to be made as all ID tag are handcrafted
