Lately I've been getting chemical burns from at least two of those products and they didn't remove all of the hair. With Olay, so far, I haven't gotten burned, so that's a plus. It smells way better than any of the facial hair removers I've used. It smells like lemons. With the balm I have to use before, so far it's prevented me from getting chemical burns. I had read all of the reviews before I purchased this product. I saw some of the negative reviews that this product didn't remove all of the hair. They are right. This product was great for the hair on my upper lip and the fine hairs under my chin. For the coarser hair around my chin and on the sides of my face, it didn't do anything. I followed the directions carefully, even counting to 20 as I massaged the balm into my skin before applying the hair removal cream. For that reason, I couldn't give it a full 5 stars.
