- Shipping
- We apologise that we do not conduct meetups or cash on delivery as we use SingPost for all deliveries.
Packages will be dispatched the next working day after payment is made and confirmed.
- Therefore your package will reach you in less than 3 working days upon confirmation.
Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered working days.

- Exchange
- Items sold cannot be fully refunded.
All items will be inspected for defects, prior to posting out. Exchanges may be considered due to prominent manufacturer defects. Exchanges may be possible for different color, different size and different items.
Below reasons may not be considered as manufacturer defects :
- * Minor stains (light colour clothes expecially). Stains no larger than a ten-cent coin diameter.
* Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams.
- * Claims that the cutting or design of apparel is not good or up to expectations.
- * Deliberate damage of apparel such that it may warrant an exchange.
Other Exchange Exclusions
- * Size issues - If the item you have is a free sized item, please pick another apparel that you like.
- * Items worn and stained or applied with perfume, has cigarette smell, altered in any form, washed, sent for dry cleaning and/or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange.
* White items and promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
How to exchange 1. All exchange requests MUST be received by us at sales@kokogirls.com within within 1 week from the date of dispatch of your order. 2. We will reply your exchange request within 24 hours with more information. 3. Items that are eligible for exchange, the customer has to bear full delivery charges, inclusive of registered mail fees (to our address and back). 4. Postage fees for exchange items are charged at SGD$1.50 per item and a registered post fee of SGD$2.25. 5. Exchange items delivery will only be processed once the postage fees has been received and confirmed. 6. Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you. -
