先将浴足盆中注入开水一至两公斤，再取药包一至三包（同品牌不同款最多可以同时使用3种）侵泡约二十分钟左右，待药香味充分溶出。过后加入适量的热水将水温调制双足可以适应的为宜，可反复续加热水，侵泡搓揉二十至三十分钟，擦干即可，配合按摩产品效果更佳！
