The product might not be able to detect the newly installed hard drives that had been used on other devices before. For the security of the data, please format the hard drives on the D5-300 before use.
Real super speed with USB3.0 (5Gbps) Transport Protocol! D5-300 adopts USB3.0 (5Gbps) SUPERSPEED protocol. The speed is up to 235MB/s (Read, max), and 210MB/s (Write, max) with SSHD.
RAID 5 is recommended as the best option for D5-300, which balances between data security and storage capacity. Please use hard drives in the same brand, model and capacity to build RAID. RAID 5 in five (5) hard drives guarantees the best performance. D5-300 comes with TerraMaster official software RAID Manager for building RAID and checking HDD info. Please do not use 3rd party softwares.
