Our "cheap and good" basic cleaning job scope includes:
Step 1 - Checking and wiping of aircon cover
Step 2 - Checking and washing of filter with clean water
Step 3 - Checking and vacuuming of fan coil (No brushing)
Step 4 - Checking and vacuuming of drainage pipe
Step 5 - Checking and clearing of water tray
NOTE: CBD area additional $5 (Cash payment to technician)

Additional services (Cash payment to technician):
- Gas top up (range $50-80)
- Troubleshooting of aircon (Top up $15)
- Upgrade to general servicing ($18 per unit)
- Upgrade to chemical wash (No dismantle) ($40 per unit)
- Condenser (outdoor unit) wash ($50 per unit)
- Capacitor replacement ($100 per capacitor)
*Warranty: One month from the date of servicing, not applicable for basic cleaning*
