<COMPATIBILITY>
Please make sure that your PC can support the UHD resolution, 3840X2160 before you purchase the monitor.
Recommended graphics card: GTX 750 or later versions
NOTE: Intel graphics chip set, laptops, on-board graphics card are NOT compatible with the monitor.
Please check that your graphics card can support the video ports of the monitor.
The use of cable converter, gender, or extender will not make the monitor display images at a normal quality.

The box is completely filled with Styrofoam that covers the entire monitor (all four sides)
Plus, we wrap up the box entirely with air bubble cap. We make sure that we use enough air cap to protect the monitor inside.
