Our home nursing service covers every aspect of care you would need to remain independent within your own home - from nursing care, health monitoring, occupational therapy and physiotherapy, complimentary medicine treatment, to meal preparation, personal care, laundry, domestic duties and assisted outings if required. Our Care Team

Registered Nurses/Nurse Aids/Care Givers
• Basic nursing care
• Assist with showering, dressing, grooming, personal care
• Help with meal preparation, laundry, domestic duties
• Accompany patient to medical appointments and outings
• Assess, monitor and provide assistance with general health and wellbeing
• Monitor blood glucose levels and blood pressure
• Offer assistance with continence issues
• Monitor any health issues that arise
• Monitor intake of prescribed medicines

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician/Acupuncturists
Our experienced TCM physicians will visit patients at their homes to conduct the consultation using traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic methods. Various treatment modalities can be prescribed on its own or in combination, such as herbal medication, acupuncture and tuna.

Physiotherapists
• Maintain and or restoring physical function.
• Develop an ongoing conditioning and exercise program to maintain strength and balance
