Directions:

Instructions: 1. Combine 1 egg and cup water.2. Dip chicken wings in the egg wash. Coat wings in Wing Breading Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Wing Breading Mix.3. Place breaded wings on greased baking pan. Spray wings lightly with oil.4. Bake at 425F for 30 minutes. 1. Moisten chicken wings with water or milk. Shake off excess moisture.2. Coat chicken wings with Wing Breading Mix ( cup per pound of chicken wings) by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling food in Wing Breading Mix.3. Deep fry chicken wings in 3506F oil 1215 minutes or until cooked through.
