Steps to Follow
1. After cleaning the bucket, put it into freezer for 8-12 hours 2. Prepare the ice cream mixture *If you are using fresh cream/whip cream/heavy cream, make sure you?whip it until stiff peaks form.?Fold milk mixture into whipped cream. *If you are using fruit, biscuit or chocolate bar, break them into chuncks before stiring with milk mixture. 3. Take out the bucket from freezer, install with cover and turn on the machine. 4. Pour the ice cream mixture into the bucket. *Mixture amount not exceeding half of the bucket. *You may Freeze the ice cream mixture for 5-10mins before?pouring into the bucket 5. wait for 15-20 minutes, then it's done!
