The PS-DC2 is an electronic shutter release for use with Nikon cameras that are equipped with a mini-jack. Besides being useful for preventing camera shake in slow shutter and close-up photography, it can also lock the shutter open when using the camera's "bulb" function for extra long exposures such as those used in astro-photography.

Features:
-This remote cord can prevent vibration during long exposures, close-ups or continuous shooting.
-This single button remote has two stages move it to the first stage to initiate focusing, then move it to the second to release the shutter.
-You can also lock the button for long exposure photographs(bulb).
