<br />About M.2 NGFF SSD interface standard:
<br />1.Socket 2 (Gen2 B+M key):there are SATA mode (such as THNSNH128G8NT/ THNSNH128GDNT/MZNTD256HAGM etc models of SSD) and PCI-E X2 mode (such as PX-AG128M6E PX-AG256M6E PX-AG512M6E SD6PP4M-128G SD6PP4M-256G HFS256GA6MND HFS512GA6MND HFS128GB9MND HFS256GB9MND HFS512GB9MND LGT-256B1P PT42 APP064G3FA-ATM etc models of SSD),it there are two gaps at the hard disk interface part.
<br />2.Socket 3 (M key):Gen3 PCI-E X4 mode,such as XP941 (MZHPU128HCGM MZHPU512HCGL MZHPU256HCGL),SM951 PCIE-AHCI (MZHPV128HDGM MZHPV256HDGL MZHPV512HDGL),SM951 PCIE-NVME ( MZVPV128HDGM MZVPV256HDGL MZVPV512HDGL) ,PM951 PCIE-NVME ( MZFLV128HCGR MZFLV256HCHP MZFLV512HCJH),950 PRO (MZVKV256 MZVKV512) SH2280S3 etc models of SSD.it there are one gap at the hard disk interface part.
<br />Notice:
<br />1. Socket 2 PCIE X2 B+M key M.2 NGFF SSD and SOCKET 3 PCIE X4 M key M.2 NGFF SSD don't support!
<br />2.The design of four fixation installation location for the adapter card,the fixeg default location in 22*80mm size place,there is a copper cylinder in a bag, if is other size of the ssd,placing copper cylinder in the appropriate place.
<br />3. Please cancel the hard disk password if your hard drive set a password in the original computer, The other computer doesn't recognize the hard disk if the password not cancel.
<br />4. Please connect the adapter card in your computer hard disk drive interface test or with USB hard disk box to test the adapter card (Do not connect USB interface test if Your hard disk rated current is greater than 1.2A,because maximum power supply current is 500 mA of USB 2.0 port,maximum power supply current is 900 mA of USB 3.0 port),if the SSD with a test method can't identify by computer,change other test method to check the SSD,If still can't identify please try to replace a computer,this operation can be ruled out compatibility problems.
<br />5. Mac OS and some digital camera system use disk format can't compatible with Microsoft system,new SSD if there is no partition,open the "my computer" can't see the ssd, please use the Disk Manager in Windows to delete the partitions or to create a new partition on the SSD.
<br />6. This product performance is being improved unceasingly, like has the change,not separate informs even slightly.Pictures for reference only, subject to our available products.
<br />Product does not work troubleshooting:
<br />A).Please confirm interface definition is correct of your hard disk,new SSD if there is no partition,open the "my computer" can't see the ssd, please use the Disk Manager in Windows to delete the partitions or to create a new partition on the SSD.
<br />B).Please make sure your hard drive can work normally in the original equipment,cancel the all the password set,especially the BIOS disk encryption password.
<br />C).Upgrade computer BIOS to the latest version,revert to the default Settings.
<br />D).Note the boot mode Settings,UFEI or Legacy.
<br />E).You can connection USB port or connection SATA port of your computer to test this product,please change another test method if it can't work normally,it would exclude compatibility issues.
<br />F).Please replace the SSD or computer test,because some computers not compatible with the specific model or a specific brand solid-state drives.
<br />G).If the BIOS can detect hard disk,you can to partition normal formatting of hard disk,you can install system files,but can't normal into the operating system after installation,this because lack of he master boot record.you can rebuild the master boot record or use CD-ROM installation system,at the same time to partition for the hard disk.
