USAGE:
Add a quarter of a teaspoon of seasalt into the pot and add water (lukewarm/bodytemperature) and insert the tip into your nostril, tilt the head sideways and rinse first one nostril and than the other.

使用方法：

１、请行调好一杯约200ml的温水或淡盐水（37°C度左右或自己感觉舒服的温度即可）。可专门的洗鼻剂效果最好。然后拧开洗鼻壶进水口，将调好的水注入洗鼻壶内，盖好洗鼻壶盖子。

２、用手握住洗鼻壶瓶身，食指封住气孔不松开。

３、头部向前倾，嘴巴张大，用嘴呼吸，将洗鼻壶出水孔对准一边鼻孔。松开气孔，水流会自动流入鼻孔清洗鼻腔，由另一边鼻孔流出，若须暂停只要食指封住气孔即可。

４、注意：使用过程中必须张大嘴巴，用嘴呼吸，不可吞水以免呛到。每天2次（或遵医嘱），每次以洗净为止。

5.鼻腔内残留的水分，用圣光调息法清洗干净，用右手的中指和无名指按压住左鼻腔，深吸气后快速呼气10-20次，然后用右手拇指按压住右鼻腔，左右单个鼻腔清理完后，再用圣光调息法同时清理两个鼻腔。

注意事项：五岁以下幼儿、神志不清、鼻腔出血、耳朵炎症患者禁用，其它请遵医嘱。

洗鼻常识:     

盐水洗鼻，所谓的盐水洗鼻，就是利用各种方法通过一定的压力将盐水以各种状态送入鼻腔，这看似简单的方法，却能给鼻炎患者带来多方面的好处：一是适合浓度的盐水一方面有脱水作用,有助于让肿胀的鼻黏膜消肿，另一方面也有抑菌作用。同时医学上已经证实盐水可以促进鼻腔黏膜上的黏液纤毛运动，加速将鼻涕排出。二是通过一定的压力，对鼻腔及鼻窦等地方进行有效的冲洗，将积存在鼻腔各处的分泌过多的粘液、有害物质及至病菌等彻底消除，不让其在鼻腔内造成危害；三是有效的保持鼻腔的湿度，避免过于干燥造成鼻出血或过于湿润形成“细水长流”；四是通过水流的物理运动，对红肿鼻腔粘膜进行有效的按摩， 从而达到消肿及恢复鼻腔功能的目的。同时因为只采用盐水对鼻腔进行清洗，不使用任何药物，所以对身体没有造成任何直接或间接的伤害。在当今这个药物泛滥的时代，医学的发展正在向着不用药的、健康绿色的治疗方法靠拢。

研究者们给我们提供了一个安全的操作模式：要使用温盐水。用干净的温水配备不含碘的食盐，使其浓度达到0.9%，就是我们平常所说的生理盐水。

Water:

Fresh & Cold water irritates the mucus membranes and therefore the water you use for nasal cleansing should be at about body temperature and slightly salty. If you are unsure of the quality of the water, better to boil water first.

• Issue one Rhino Spoon (= 2.7 gr.) cooking salt in the nasal cleanser. Please do not use any salt substitutes or iodized salt, but regular cooking salt only.
• Fill the cleanser with water 0.30 Liter (3 dl) – moderately warm - 37° C.
•  Shake the cleanser in order to have the salt dissolves.

Rinsing the nose:

• In the nostril which feels most open, place the tip of the spout (from the side and not from the front). Then lightly press up into the nostril - this way the nostril will tightly close around the tip.
• As water is running through the nose, you should breathe through the mouth.
• Slightly Bend forward from the hips so now your head should be over the sink. Please do not stick your chin out but keep it tucked in towards the body.
• Slightly turn your head to the side by keeping your chin in. In this position, the water will flow in through one nostril and flow out through the second one.
• Once approx. half of the water has run through, move your head up and remove the nose cleanser (it could be that at this point, remaining water will run out of your nose). If you wish to empty the nostrils just close/block one at a time and blow out gently. (Please avoid blowing too hard - it can make the ears pop).
• Repeat the same process using the water remaining on other nostril.

Remember that all water must come out: 

Once the nasal cleansing process is completed in both nostrils - Make sure there is no remaining water in the nose and sinuses.

Basically there should not be any water left inside, but just in case – please repeat this action several times, using various positions - Bend forward so the top of your head is hanging down, move your head to a horizontal position face towards the floor and blow out of each nostril, stand up and blow a few times in and out of each nostril

How Often Can I Use Rhino Horn?

Rhino Horn may be used daily. It is normally used for preventative measures, regular hygiene and for general well-being – in this case once a day is sufficient. In special cases such as suffering from a cold or severe sinusitis or high pollen counts that you are reacting to - nasal cleansing may be practiced two to four times a day.
