[Description]

A pore cleansing toner that replenishes skin with moisturizing Chia Seed Extract while removing excess oil with Cotton Seed Extract. A daily pore reducing toner that removes unwated excess oil. The gentle formula has zero oil content, does not contain denatured alcohol.

[How to use]

Soak a cotton pad in the Hydrating Water and gently wipe your face from the middle outward.
