Quick Blue Professional Hair Powder Bleach is a high performance powder bleach that delivers faster and brighter superior lightening of up to 9 levels after using 4 SEPERATE times (This means, you will only be able to achieve totally bleached hair after 4 sessions of bleaching on seperate days. Do not bleach hair multiple times in the same day!).
Blue helps to neutralize the orange tones exposed by bleaching. Suitable for easy on-scalp or off-scalp application.
Stays moist and creamy through application and processing.
Directions:
Pour the powder into a non-metal bowl.
Depending on your desired degree of bleaching, mix 6%/9%/12% Balmore Professional peroxide to the bleaching powder in a ratio of 2:1 to achieve a creamy consistency.
(18gm or bleaching powder needs approximately 36ml of developer/peroxide = enough only for a few strands of shoulder length hair. For the whole head shoulder length, we recommend 2 pcs of bleaching powder + 1 pc of Balmore Professional Developer/Peroxide 100ml.)
Apply mixture to dry hair and leave on for 20-50 minutes.
Check hair intermittently.
Wash mixture off with water.
It is good to add that using bleaching powder together with a lower percentage developer takes a longer time to process. Likewise, if user prefers a faster processing time please use 12% developer however, speedier process will equate to more potential damage done unto the hair. Seek professional help where neccessary.
Caution:
Use appropriate gloves.
Do not use product if scalp has any cuts or irritations.
Should product come into contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with water.
Sensitivity test prior to application is recommended.
Avoid raising the powder as it may cause irritation to the respiratory tract.
