- If our items are unexpectedly out of stocks, you will be informed by Call/SMS/Whatsapp! and given full refund if you do not wish to wait for the stocks.

Shipping FAQ's
- Normal Mail: Usually delivered within 3-14 working days
**Please take note that we are not liable for lost/damage of normal mails**

- Qxpress Registered Courier: Usually delivered within 3-5 working day (RECOMMENDED!)

Exchange & Returns FAQ's
Please notify us 24hrs upon receiving the product should there be any defects.
Take pictures/video's of the defects and email to shop@marshimallow.store. Upon receiving the e-mail of proof,
We can do a 1 to 1 exchange but it has to be unused. Please send back the item to us so that we can facilitate an exchange.
(Buyer/Recipient will bear the return mail charges to resend items)
