I had a body buff mitt, once before, and it fit over my entire hand. I really liked it, a lot. I wanted one, just like it and thought this body buff was about right. Well, I should have paid more attention, and read the dimensions, because this body buff is small. It won't fit over my hand, only fits over my fingers and keeps falling off. Too bad, because it feels nice and has good texture, with one rough side and one smoother. It's a good size for the body and easy to handle. One side is exfoliating (which is not too hard, as I use it on my face), and the other has a slot for soap--although I insert my hand in there for easy handling. It dries quickly since it's made more of a mesh-like material. It's a good exfoliator that will hold a bar of soap. Of course, you could use it with body wash soap that comes in a bottle by pouring the soap onto it or into it. I think it's the perfect size. The pocket really keeps the soap usable after the pieces get too small. I like the new loop string (it's fatter and shorter) -- it stays closed!
