Refund & Return :

In case you need a refund for your order, please apply on Qoo10. Please note that we don’t accept refund & return for below reason :

I)Over 3 days from receipt of parcel
II)Item have the sign of being used or without the original packing

III) Any return of parcel without notify us in advance

Damage item : Manufacturing / Shipping Damage

We will double check and make sure all items are in good condition before sending out. However if there any defective item or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately or within 3 working days upon receipt of parcel. An image proof need for the faulty claim. All damage claim after 3 working days of parcel receipt or self incurred damage will not be entertain.

Exchange item :

We allow customer to do exchange in certain condition. All exchange’s shipping cost incurred are to be paid by purchaser.

Singapore Delivery : 24 hours dispatch promised

After parcel dispatched, delivery time frame are up to the shipper, it is beyond our control.

Estimated Time Frame :

Qxpress : 1 – 3 working days after dispatched

Singpost Registered Mail : 3 – 5 working days after dispatched

Singpost Normal Mail : 3 – 5 working days after dispatched (NO TRACKING) - Loss parcel chance is there and no insure cover by us.

**IMPORTANT : By choosing NORMAL MAIL, you hereby agreed that we as seller, do not responsible for any parcel losses nor assist on any track due to NORMAL Mail NO TRACKING provide. It is all on your own risk. For better protection, it is encourage to use Qxpress or Registered mail for 100% safety delivery.

Shipping Insurance :

Shipping insure cover are only valid for parcel deliver via Register Mail or Qxpress which is got tracking provide. Normal mail are not include in the coverage. Once again we declared that if you choose normal mail, it is all on your own risk.

Please take note that the address, contact number and the recipient name are correct to prevent any unsmooth delivery issue.
