Linoleic Acid (LA) is a kind of essential unsaturated fatty acid which can’t be produced by human himself. On the other hand, LA widely exists in botanic and animal fat, such as 57.5 % LA in bean oil and 26% in peanut oil. It is found by researchers that LA can accelerate the transfer, metabolism and excretion of cholesterol.
