If for any reasons a fry pan, for example, is left on high heat with nothing in it, coating is far more likely to survive than conventional nonsticks, which begin to decompose slowly at 650 f/345 c. The extra-heavy gauge (3.5mm) (Thicker than most of the quality ceramic coated products) and high quality 99.9% Purity aluminum provides uniform heat distribution with even cooking.
