Randy Noble attended college at the California Institute of the Arts, a private arts school supported by the Walt Disney Company. During his second year of college, Randy was hired out of school to produce character art and new show development for D.I.C. Animation. Randy worked on such television shows as, Inspector Gadget, The Littles, Wolf Rock and many others in the D.I.C. library of children''s television shows. In the fall of 1998, Randy began his new career as a Senior Artist with Disney Design Group, and works on the special event and pin teams producing art for everything from Star Wars Weekends to managing the creative development on the World of Disney store in New York.
