Size issues - Measurement is subject to max 2-3cm error tolerance, depending on the measurement method by individual. Please read the measurement chart carefully before you choose your size of goods, due to various reasons.

Color issues - The colors you see on the monitor might be slightly different from the actual colors ons.

Item taken in different light and may be more nearer to actual colours.

Delivery time:

We will mail out your order via SingPost within 0-2 working day after payment confirmed, you will be able to receive your items 2-5 days after payment date.

Delivery method:

Delivery to Singapore address will be handled by SingPost.

Normal Mail:
Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly. In the case of large parcel which cannot be fitted to the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail.

Registered Mail:
Parcel will be delivered directly to the doorstep of your address. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is an addition of SGD $2.50 to normal mail postage.

Exchange and Return

Please note that items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Answer: Certificate iof posting is a proof that I have to personally send your items via normal mail @ post office.

On the Certificate of posting,I will have to fill in your mailing address and name.

With Certificate of posting, I am required to got o post office and personally hand the mails to the post office.

The officer at the post office are required to stamp the sate and sign it.

That means the officer at the post office have actually accepted my mails.

Question: With Certificate of posting,how it benefit you as a customer?

Answer: As you know,for normal mailing, there's no way you can track your mail if it wasn't delivered to you on time.

Then you will start worrying and thinking if seller had actually mail out?Or really lost?

But with Certificate of posting, it can proof that me as a seller, I did really post them out and personally hand it over to the post

office's officers.

If there is any case of lost mail,it will be Singpost fault.
