If the customer has chosen Singapore normal mail, there is no tracking number that can query,
the parcel will be delivered directly to your letterlbox. Cert of Posting (to prove that item is mailed)
will be provided if the item is not received after 14 working days upon request. NO REFUND WILL BE
PROVIDED thus Delivery with TRACKING is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED(Qxpress or singapore register).
Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days but minor cases delay up to 2 weeks.
Normal mail there are risk of lost mail. so you have to agree and read the term and condition for normal mail
