PLEASE USE only Kingston memory card (CLASS 4). We have noticed that other memory cards has possible compability issue (both Class 4 and Class 10). 

Our recommended resolution setting is 720P. Field tests show that although 1080p gives bigger image size and takes more space, but there is not clear image improvement.

-EXCHANGE IS VALID ONLY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

-NO EXCHANGE FROM 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE DVR. (ACCORDING TO QXPRESS SYSTEM UPDATE).

-WARRANTY IS VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM DATE OF RECEIVING THE DVR. (ACCORDING TO QXPRESS SYSTEM UPDATE).
