For methylglyoxal content in honey is often referred to using acronyms UMF or MGO.

We prefer to tell it like it is and label our honey 100+, 200+ or 300+MG.

 Rapanui Manuka Honey is unique to New Zealand. It has a stronger flavor profile than others honey, So is often taken in smaller amount or medicinlly in drink and tinctures.
