Additionally, mold and mildew would build up on it - gross. The adhesives are straight forward, easy to apply. On the instructions, it says to apply them to a clean, dry surface and wait 12 hrs before getting them wet. I did all this, and waited more like 18 hrs. However, when showering, I noticed that two of the adhesives were already peeling up, which was annoying. The others seem to be fine so far, though, so I think for the price, they are a good solution to bath mats. After I gave her a bath i noticed a couple peeling up. And each bath after that more and more. They didnt even last one bath! They have been on for a week and more than half of them are gone.
