To maintain the raw natural pollens and pure aromatic flavor, we gently strain and delicately heat our honey at a low temperature. Then, to make it super spreadable we give the bees teeny tiny little whisks...OK, not really. We whip it until it''s creamy smooth so you can spread it on your bagel, toast or waffles and not your fingers. Sweet!
