Next I want to confirm that our bully sticks are not mass-produced and they will NOT be perfect. These are hand-made on ranches in Iowa. They will never be like ones bought at Petsmart. I want our customers to be 100% satisfied, so if you ever have any issues we will ALWAYS try to fix. However, we do not guarantee perfect, uniform sticks - this is actually a sign of a processed or mass-produced product. (Think frozen pizza crust vs one tossed at a local pizzeria). Nor do we guarantee that our product will be odor-free--just that our product will be from GRASS-FED Cattle, not treated with growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics and will always be organic, which, often means there could be an odor. As far as color, our bully sticks will range from light tan to an espresso brown/almost black and may have streaks of colors, as real live tissue reacts this way when it is baked. They could be thick on one end and thin on the other. They could have knots and wrinkles and none will look identical. On some, you may even see small pockets of fat.
