How to Make the Perfect Casein Protein Shake:

Directions: Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) with 10 oz. of skim milk or water. Take 1 to 2 servings per day, 1 of which before bed. For full effect, take 2 servings at once. Do not exceed 2 scoops (2 servings) in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
