Direction: 
Place Herbal Neck and Shoulder Microwave Pack in the microwave or freezer depending on type of pain or injury.

Cold Therapy
Place in plastic bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Heat Therapy
Heat this Ball on medium setting for 2-3 minutes.
