-We are located in Singapore and all items listed are ready stocks.

-We will notify you if the confirmed item is out of stock due to over demand suddenly.

-All order will be mailed out on the same day before 12pm or on the next working day once order is confirmed.

-All items will be mailed using normal Singapost delivery, unless otherwise stated. (We will not be responsible for missing items due to delivery accident for normal postage.)

-Registered mail is strongly recommended for bulk purchases.

-All items are carefully checked for and electronic items tested for defects before mailing out.

-Refund will only be made if the confirmed item is out of stock. We will make cancellation and you will see the refund on your G account.

-Exchanges are only possible if wrong items are delivered by I LOVE SHOPPING and cost will be borne by us.
