1.) Rest assured that the pictures uploaded have 90% similarity compared to the actual product. No refund or exchange would be allowed for such cases.

2.) Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

3.) If the item is found to be faulty upon receiving, please mail the item back to us within 14 days for replacement. (With reference from the invoice date given) Buyers have to bear the shipping cost for replacement. Do contact us if you need any help.

Delivery methods

1.) Normal Mail - Packages are usually delivered in 3 ~ 8 days upon shipping out by Singpost. No tracking of item is available. Any packages lost via Normail mail will not be held responsible by us. Therefore, Registered mail is strongly recommended. 

No replacment will be made for loss of item via Normail mail.

2.) Registered Mail -  Packages are usually delivered in 2 ~ 5 days upon shipping out by Singpost. A registered package number will be given to you to track your package on Singpost's website (www.singpost.com). Therefore, if you require a proof of shipment, kindly opt for Registered Mail.

3.) Self-Collection - If you opt for self-collection, please kindly email us at paradise-mart@hotmail.com to arrange for it.
