I needed a new pouf and saw this for only $1.97 at my store. It is extremely rough! It left my skin red and painful. My skin hurt just moving it across my skin. I'm glad I didn't throw my other pouf away. I tried to give it to my boyfriend but he's skeptic about using it. Theirs are flimsy and small and wear out very quickly. They're so flimsy you don't even feel like you are scrubbing at all. This is the type I used to buy. I am into saving our environment, and recycling where I can. It does a good job, and lathers well, but it is a little small.it also feels as if it is exfoliating, like the ad ssaid. However, the cloth strap broke during the third shower. I think it could've been made of a little better quality, so as not to have broken so very soon.
