This is a black, 4-inch diameter by 60-inch long commercial quality pool noodle that is used by YMCAs, Health Clubs, Boys Girls Clubs, etc. It is great as a swim training aid, aquatic exercise, physical therapy, pool toy, and extra flotation. Made from stronger, longer lasting materials than store bought noodles. Completely solid in the center, not hollow. 60" length by 4" diameter. They provide buoyant support for suspended water exercises and increased resistance for upper body conditioning. Made of premium quality ethafoam for lasting durability. Ethafoam is a strong, resilient, medium-density, closed cell, polyethylene foam with lasting durability that won't break down in water. Also makes it easier to clean with disinfectant.
