Please note that the Capillus82 is only available in one size. If your head circumference is 22 inches or more, please refer to our Capillus202 product which is also available in an extra-large size.

We provide a 1 year limited warranty on the Capillus82 laser cap device and a 1 year limited warranty on the battery pack and AC Adapter. Capillus warrants the Capillus82 against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase from a Capillus authorized physician. To activate your warranty on the Capillus82, register your device within 30 days of purchase as per user manual. If a defect in material or workmanship exists, Capillus will repair or replace the necessary parts with new or reworked parts at no charge. Any replacement part will be covered under the original 1 year limited warranty. This Warranty does not cover damages caused by acts of God, misuse, negligence, accident, or modification of any part of the unit as determined by our return department. This Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than the company.
