We ship to Worldwide(Asia).

1. Handling Time

- We ship within 2 business days of receiving payment.

(Weekends Holidays are excluded)

- Please, make sure your address in Qoo10 is matched with your shipping address.

- Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

2. Shipping Time: upon purchase Locations

- All items will be shipped from South Korea by AIR.

- Shipping time to Global countries takes about 7 - 30 business days.

- We cannot ship on weekends and holidays. For international orders,

Delivery time is about 7-30 business days and it may take up to 8 weeks to some European countries and

South American countries due to strict custom inspection.

7 - 14 days : Australia, South East Asia and Asia

10 - 21 days : Canada, United Kingdom, United States

10 - 28 days : Europe, South America and Middle-East Asia

28 - 56 days : Italy and Brazil (due to strict custom inspection)

3. Delivery service

  - All items will be shipped from South Korea by AIR.

- Please verify your address during checkout.

We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

- Our shipping prices included the following costs:Shipping Fees, Packing Materials.

- buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty, local taxes and VAT.

- E&GREEN ships the items using the South Korean Postal System in general

(Standard Internaional Flat Rate Shipping).

-All E&GREEN items. it is given a shipping tracking number.

4. Combined shipping discount policy

- If you purchase multiple items, contact us via Qoo10 .

and we'll send you invoice for the best rate (Shipping charges depend on the weight of the order)

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine

5. Long lead time countries

- All items will be shipped from South Korea by AIR.

- If you're the buyer from Russia, Latvia, Ukraine, Italy, Canada, Brazil, Germany, France,

and Spain, the delivery time may takes up to a month because of the strict customs procedures.

- We strongly suggest using a EMS/Airmail shipping for safe delivery for the shipment to these countries.

Buyer may need to pay extra shipping fee in this case.

6. Communication

- From Mon to Fri 09:00 ~ 18:00 GMT+9 Korean / Japan Time

- We will reply you within 24 - 48 hours.

   Please check you spam mail if no response for 48 hours.

- Sorry, We do not ship item and answer your question on holiday & weekend.

7. Payment

- We accept Credit Card, PayPal payments only

- Bank transfer also accepted. Please contact us for the bank details.

- All payments are due within 7days of purchase.

- Payment must be received 7 days after auction close.

- If payment isn't received within this time period, the item will be relisted for sale.

All payments must include correct address,

so please make sure your address is listed correctly with Credit Card, paypal.

We ship directly from the Credit Card, paypal payments address.

Buyer is responsible to pay extra postage to resend any packages

that are returned for an incorrect address or an claimed status.

8. Feedback Policy

We will automatically leave positive feedbacks to buyers who completed the transation and left positive feedbacks to us.

9. Return Policy

We have a 45days return policy if you are not satisfied.

Please contact us on Qoo10 before you return.

* Customer needs to pay shipping charge there when they ship back to us.

This is because shipping charge can be different in each country.

Returning shipping charge can be less or more than we noted on description page.

In both cases, customer is responsible to pay for the accurate requested shipping charge.

We will refund the amount you paid after you have received the product.

Returns must be in their original condition and come with their original package, and the package must be
