THINGS TO TAKE NOTE:
1.Item
- Please note that there might be some colour differences due to individual computer settings &
graphic display. We seek for your kind understanding.
2.Shipping
- Non-registered shipping will be posted out via Singpost normal postage (no tracking number).
- Any lost mail by normal mail option would not be refunded.If you have selected registered mail
option, it will be post via Qxpress.
- Most of the items are in stock & ready to ship. We will ship orders within 2 working days upon
receiving confirmed payment of your orders.
- In the event hereby item is out of stock suddenly due to too many orders at the same time, we
will email to inform. Normally restocking will be within 2 to 3 weeks’ time from China.
3.Return & Exchange Policy
ITEMS SOLD CANNOT BE FULLY REFUNDED
- All items will be inspected for manufacturing defects prior to posting.
- Exchanges may be considered in case of prominent manufacturer defects.
- Exchanges will be possible if wrong items were delivered by Nailsluv’s fault and cost will be
borne by Nailsluv.
- Any exchange or return will be done via Singpost mail posting and pick-up request at customer
place is not applicable.
The following reasons may not be considered for exchange or return:
- Once opened, item cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene purposes due to the nature of nail
polish and other nail accessories.
- Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.
- Claims that colour and design of item is not good or up to expectations.
How to exchange:
- Any exchange or return are require to write to email: nailsluv@gmail.com within 5 working days
- from the date of collection/ delivery.
- Nailsluv will reply to your exchange request soonest possible with more information.
- Items that are eligible for exchange, the customer has to bear full delivery charges, inclusive
- of registered mail fees (to out address and back).
- Exchange items’ delivery will only be processed once the incurred charge has been received and
- confirmed.
- Any packages received that do not conform to our rule of exchange will be ignored and customers
- will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you.
