A High Quality Regular EZ-Curl Bar. Diameter of bar is 1-1/16 and this bar will fit many "standard" or "regular" plates (commonly known as 1" plates -- though usually manufactures drill the hole on these plates larger). Be sure to check that your plates have a hole of 1-1/16" or plates WILL NOT FIT. Chrome steel finish, good quality knurling. Includes a pair of compression-ring collars (Part No. CL-1/4).
