Shipping information

1. We will only deliver to the address stated in the Qoo10 order, so please double check your address before you     place an order
2. We recommend registered mail or QExpress for the delivery of the item. There is a higer change of lost goods in normal mail
3. We are not be responsible for lost or broken items if buyer chooses to use normal mail.

Exchange
1. If the item is defective or broken when it is received by you, we will exchange it for you. (Please contact us before you leave a review)
2. The item should be unused and in its original condition when seeking for an exchange/refund for valid reasons.
