Why the nervous face? Having a cube head means that once it falls down, it will crack and thus the name ToFu (Bean Curd) to symbolize its fragility. This whimsical character represents everyone of us, the big, the strong, the small and the weak. We all have our weakpoints!
Oyako, in Japanese means family or the parent and child relationship. When Shin created the 1st ever ToFu-boy, he realised it looked lonely and decided to create a companion for ToFu boy and thus he created family members for him to accompany him on his hazardous but amazing journey!
