Independent of its anti-inflammatory effects it is a heavily researched molecule. Other areas of health benefits include alleviating cognitive decline associated with aging, being heart healthy by both electrical means and reducing lipid and plaque levels in arteries, and promoting insulin production. In Vitro tests suggest curcumin plus has quite a large safety threshold. (few side effects if any) Do not exceed recommended dose for best results.
