Went to collect the item on 21th Dec at their office which is about 10 mins walk away from the MRT. The redemption is smooth. However, the staff (looks like part-time students) told me that I had not chosen my free gift online. I told them the online option just stated random gift. In the end, able to get usb LED light, so still ok.
