Dr Scholl Nenagara (means ‘while sleeping’) Medi QttO Stockings are designed to relieve leg dropsy (swelling due to fluid retention), especially ideal if you stand or sit for long hours.

Its innovative pressure system gently yet effectively applies graduated compression to improve blood and lymph circulation. This helps to soothe tired aching legs, and reduce swelling to slim your legs while you sleep.

A relaxing lavender colour makes the stockings so much fun, and a special heel pad which enhances product efficacy also ensures good fitting. You can rest easy, knowing that its open-toe breathable material makes for a soft comfortable feel. Wake up to lighter, shapelier legs!

* Graduated compression provides maximum pressure at the ankle, gradually decreasing up along the leg to the knee.
* Tests conducted by Japan Nagoya University.

How to choose your size
Use the below Size Chart to choose the fit that best matches your measurements:

Directions for use
Before you reach for the stockings, take off any ring or bracelet that may get in the way. Also be mindful of sharp or long finger/toe nails. Place your thumbs inside the top of the stocking and down to the heel. Unroll the stocking slowly over your foot (pointing toes, foot-forward helps). Make sure that the pressure pad under the heel is in position.

Gradually pull the stocking up, keeping it as straight as possible. The stockings should sit about 2 fingers below the bend of your knee. Check that the top band is flat, smooth out all wrinkles by palming over the length of the stocking.

Adjusting to your Medi Qtto stockings
The first time you wear your Medi Qtto stockings, you may feel they are too tight. They do take time to become accustomed to and you may want to consider a gradual transition. If you feel extremely uncomfortable e.g. tingling or numbness, remove them immediately and try wearing a few days later. Discontinue use if discomfort persists.

Ask a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, skin allergy or open wound.

Washcare guide
Gently hand wash by swishing and squeezing the stockings in delicate fabric detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach or fabric softener as they may break down the elastic fibers. Lay stockings flat on a towel to dry in shade, away from direct sunlight. Do not iron or use machine dryer.
