What is a Local Serviced Warranty?


Local serviced warranty is a 1 year warranty serviced by us, giving you a peace of mind and a better deal than any retail shops. We provide an extended 365 days warranty (180 days normally) for any faulty pumps* [Courier Fees/Admin Fees Applies]. 

If the pump is faulty, please contact us by email at admin@babyandmum.com.sg with the pump serial number located below the pump or on the box, with a description of the problem, accompanying video/picture and your contact number to arrange pick up.

We will take 1 working day for the repair (5 working day if pump part required to be ordered), if the pump is beyond any repair, we will issue a brand new pump. 





Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty last for one year from purchase date, and six months for battery. 
2. Warranty only covers motor manufacturing defects. Self inflicted damaged is not covered under the warranty. 
3. Warranty does not cover damage to accessories nor adapter. 
4. Warranty is void in the event that milk backflow into the machine or mishandling is suspected. 
5. Rental pump may be collected from us with $50 refundable deposit subjected to avability. (Only Self Collection)
6. For expired warranty, $40 is applicable for the repair with additional charge for pump parts replaced. Pump parts range from S$19 - $70
