This technology is composed of an elastomeric material that is molded onto a stiff composite handle prior to being fused to the high-performance Black Onyx Carbon Composite Barrel. This elastomer dampens vibration and its thickness has been optimized to provide the best feel possible without sacrificing performance. With the stiffer handle, the Nighthawk can create higher batted ball speeds on off-center hits than traditional two-piece designs. Moving to the barrel, a thin polypropylene film rests between two thicker composite layers creating the Double Wall Technology.
