The only issue was he could not use the slider to clear it. I noticed this is a common issue. He would always have me do it. Well, about a week ago I pushed it across and it gave out and broke. I called crayola who referred me to Grow'n up who was a joke. During my explanation I was interrupted and asked if I had packaging. I did not and was told I needed to find proof of purchase, along with info that can only be found in the box and email and call back. After asking for a manager I was told to go online and they could not help with no box. This is a known defect and it is disgusting that they don't care enough about their image to go above and beyond to fix this. the manager said they were only a customer service center, and I would have to contact the company online. She made it sound like they contracted out their customer service . With a small toddler I don't have time to chase them down to make this right. We take it with us in the car and it keeps him busy during longer commutes. I like how the legs fold up for easy use on the lap.
