Why can’t I activate the account?
Please check if there are accounts activated already.Now the App only allow one account to be activated.(Please double check whether there is
any account has already been activated. Only one activated account is allowed at present)
How to manage Womate 2?
After the connection between APP and Womate2, you can see the activated account at present and then get into the setting page of Remote
Management by clicking the account, so as to set wifi hotspot、password 、wifi bridge and so on.

Set it on the page of App setting by the path Setting->Dial Setting-choose Always by Sip Account.

Why alert “can not identify the device”, when Womate 2 is charged by being connected to USB interface on the computer?

production and after sales. You can just ignore this tip or close this device in your computer, without any influence to the Womate 2.
